Sierra STEM’s Experiential Learning programs are highly customized outdoor educational experiences developed in collaboration with schools and non-profits to help students explore a carefully specified set of learning outcomes. Every experiential learning program integrates academic content, social-emotional learning, and DEI-centered learning goals. Importantly, DEI and SEL components are not “add-ons” -- they are woven throughout the scholarship component to form a cohesive, multifaceted curriculum for each program.
