Sierra STEM’s first step towards a successful partnership is to understand you and your goals. Do you want to integrate social-emotional learning goals into your life sciences curriculum through an overnight, outdoor experience? Are you concerned that your organization’s approach to equity and inclusion is not systematic or evidence-based? We can help!

But first, we’ll want to learn more: What core values are part of your organization’s DNA? What would success look like to you? We know which questions to ask to help us learn how we can help you.

Once we understand your goals, we will build a program or solution to help you achieve them. We will develop and present a proposal designed around your unique needs. These recommendations kick off a conversation during which we will collaboratively iterate our proposal until you feel confident that the proposed solution(s) or program(s) will allow you to achieve your goals.

We execute.

By now, we will know how to help you meet your objectives, so leave the logistics to Sierra STEM. Throughout our process, we aim to model transparency, humility, and flexibility.
